pycrate 0.8.1 (https://github.com/pycrate-org/pycrate), LGPL-2.1+, is used by the 3GPP Tools ASN.1 decoder.
The bundles in ../v3/ contain pycrate compiled to CPython 3.12 bytecode for Pyodide, unmodified except for one file:

  pycrate_asn1rt/asnobj_construct.py  (full modified source in this folder)
  Change (2026-11-02): SEQUENCE._from_asn1 now enters a grouped extension [[...]] in value-notation text
  even when the group's first member is absent (needed to re-encode edited RRCReconfiguration/SIB1 text).
